Quodaro legal
Refund policy
When a Quodaro access payment may be refunded and how to make a request.
Effective and last updated: September 12, 2026
1. Three-day initial-purchase window
You may request a refund of a Quodaro access payment within three calendar days after the charge was made. The request must be sent within that period to support@quodaro.com.
Include the account email address, charge date, and reason for the request. Do not include your password or complete payment-card details.
2. Unused and partial periods
After the three-day request window, unused time and partial access periods are generally non-refundable.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer right that cannot legally be limited in your location.
3. Access expiration
Payments do not renew automatically. Access ends after 30 days unless another one-time payment is made.
See the Billing Terms for payment and access-period details.
4. Duplicate or unauthorized charges
If you believe a charge was duplicated, unauthorized, or otherwise incorrect, contact us promptly so we can investigate. We may request reasonable information needed to locate and verify the payment.
5. Approved refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Stripe and your financial institution control when the credit appears, so processing time can vary.
