Quodaro legal
Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and business use of Quodaro.
Effective and last updated: September 12, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Alex Rowan, a sole proprietor doing business as Quodaro(“Quodaro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, purchasing a access, or using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.
If you use Quodaro for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Eligibility and business use
Quodaro is intended only for business and professional use. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract.
Although users outside the United States may register, Quodaro is operated from the United States. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to you and your business.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information, protect your password, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
Each account is for one person and may not be shared. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by a failure for which Quodaro is legally responsible.
4. The service
Quodaro helps service professionals record quotes, schedule follow-ups, receive reminders, and track quote outcomes. It does not guarantee that a quote will be accepted, that work will be won, or that every reminder will arrive.
You remain responsible for your customer communications, contractual obligations, records, taxes, and business decisions. Quodaro is not accounting, legal, tax, or financial advice.
5. Your data and customer information
You retain ownership of information you enter. You give Quodaro a limited right to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that information only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service or comply with law.
You are responsible for having a lawful basis and any necessary permission to enter information about customers or other people. Do not enter health information, payment-card numbers, bank-account details, government identifiers, passwords, or other highly sensitive information.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your records and for keeping any export you download secure.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Quodaro to:
- break a law, infringe another person’s rights, or facilitate fraud;
- send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unsolicited communications;
- probe, bypass, or interfere with authentication, security, rate limits, or access controls;
- upload malicious code or use automated traffic that harms the service;
- access another user’s account or data without authorization; or
- resell, sublicense, or provide shared access to the service without written permission.
7. Payment and access
Quodaro costs $15 USD for 30 days of access. This is a one-time Stripe payment and does not renew automatically. Applicable taxes may be added when legally required.
Each successful payment adds 30 days to an existing access period or starts a new 30-day period. Full terms appear in our Billing Disclosure.
8. Expiration and refunds
No cancellation is needed because payments do not renew automatically. Access ends when the paid 30-day period expires unless another payment is made.
You may request a refund within three calendar days of a charge. Unused time and partial access periods are otherwise non-refundable except where applicable law requires a refund. See our Refund Policy.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access for nonpayment, misuse, security risk, violation of these terms, or when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.
You may delete your account through Account settings. Deletion immediately ends access and forfeits any unused paid time. Certain billing records may be retained where required by law.
10. Availability and changes
We work to keep Quodaro available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, emergencies, provider failures, security events, and circumstances beyond reasonable control may interrupt service.
We may modify the service. We will ordinarily provide at least 30 days’ notice before a material change that substantially reduces core paid functionality. Security, legal, and emergency changes may take effect sooner.
We may discontinue Quodaro with at least 30 days’ notice when practical. If we discontinue the paid service before your access period ends, we will provide an appropriate prorated refund unless law requires a different remedy.
11. Quodaro ownership
Quodaro and its software, design, branding, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. Except for the limited right to use the service during an active access period, no intellectual-property rights are transferred to you.
If you voluntarily provide feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.
12. Third-party services
Quodaro relies on service providers including Supabase, Stripe, Resend, OpenAI Sites, and Cloudflare. Their services may be subject to their own terms and operational limits. Payment-card information is handled by Stripe rather than stored by Quodaro.
13. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quodaro is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quodaro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or data.
Our aggregate liability arising from Quodaro will not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the access fees you paid to Quodaro during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where applicable law prohibits them.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Before filing a claim, each party agrees to make a good-faith effort for 30 days to resolve it by contacting the other party. If it cannot be resolved, claims may be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York. These terms do not require arbitration and do not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
16. General terms
If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer this agreement without our consent; we may transfer it as part of a business reorganization, sale, or succession.
These terms and the policies they reference form the complete agreement concerning Quodaro. We will give at least 30 days’ notice of material changes when practical. Continued use after the effective date of revised terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
