Quodaro does not currently offer telephone support.

Tell us the email address associated with your account, what you were trying to do, what happened, and any error message you saw. Screenshots can help, but remove customer or other confidential information first.

Never email us your password, authentication code, full payment-card number, government identification number, health information, or financial-account credentials.

Quodaro access is purchased as a one-time 30-day period and does not renew automatically. For charge questions, include the payment date and amount, but not complete card details.

Review the Billing Terms and Refund Policy before submitting a request.

Use the same email address, support@quodaro.com, for privacy rights requests or legal notices. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

If you believe you found a security vulnerability, email us promptly with a clear description and steps to reproduce it. Do not access, alter, download, or disclose data that is not yours, and give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate before public disclosure.
